• The hot air balloon flights operate depending on the weather. The operator has the right to cancel the operations if the weather does not permit.
• The minimum age needed for children is 5 years, and the minimum height is 135 cm. The children should be able to see the desert over the basket.
• The balloon ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• A passenger of 16 years or older should be accompanied by a passenger between 11 to 16 years old.
• If you are a passenger 12 years and older, you need to pay for the adult ticket.
• You need to confirm the weight with the operator beforehand, as the weight limit is 130 kg.
• Make sure you keep the phone in flight mode during the hot air balloon flight.
• Keep your phone well-charged to click memorable pictures.
• 3 months or above pregnant ladies are not allowed to participate in the flight activity for safety reasons.
• Every participant must note that they should not scuba dive, drink alcohol, or consume drugs 24 hours before the flight date.
• Kindly note that the pilot has the right to deny entry to anybody if that person does not follow the safety rules, meet the physical requirements, or be a danger to the flight.

Cancellation Policy

• To get a refund, cancel 36 hours before the scheduled flight.
• There is no refund for cancellations made within 36 hours before the scheduled flight.
• There are no refunds if you breach any of the terms and conditions, arrive late, miss the flight, or fail to appear.
• Refund will be available in the form of an activity voucher valid for one year.
• If the operator postpones the flight because of safety reasons, they will reschedule you on the next available opportunity or will send a full refund via voucher.
