• While you are visiting the palace, it is required for everyone to present valid identification proof such as a photocopied passport or Emirates ID.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the confines of the garden. It is important to note that eating and drinking are only permitted in the designated areas.
• Do not leave your things unguarded or unchaperoned, as they will be easy targets for being stolen. Lost items are not the responsibility of the garden management.
• Please do not tread on butterflies as they move from flower to flower and rest on leaves and pathways. Kindly be careful at all times.
• Parents/guardians of children should monitor them and ensure that they do not violate any rules and harm any of the butterflies accidentally.
• Taking photos of the butterflies is possible with the help of the staff assisting in it. Nonetheless, Portable/wearable cameras or cameras with integrated lenses, iPads/tablets/laptop is prohibited.
• The butterfly wings should not be touched in any way.
• As you go through the garden, please ensure to stay away from restricted garden areas to avoid causing any damage.
• For everyone visiting, Dubai Butterfly Garden Management has the right to refuse entry / remove any of the customers within the premises without having to refund them if the Clients/visitors were perceived to have violent or disruptive behaviors or potential security risks.
• People should note that entry is free for all the holders of specially-abled ID cards issued by the Emirates of People of Determination.
• Control measures include ensuring that there will be a queuing system to enter the garden systematically. ​It is important to remind our visitors that because of the extra precautionary measures, everyone might have to wait a little longer. Any convenience is regretted.

How Can You Reach the Butterfly Garden in Dubai?

• By Bus- The nearest bus stop is Miracle Garden 1. You can board bus no. 105 from the Mall of Emirates Bus Station 5. Get down at the stop and within 5 minutes you will reach the Butterfly Garden.
• By Metro- Direct metro is not available. So, take the redline metro and alight at the Mall of Emirates station. Exit and take a cab to reach the destination.
• By Private Transfers- You can book optional private transfers to avoid the hassle of public transport.
