Points to Know Before You Go

• Turn up in clothes that keep you warm despite the fact that you’ll have to put on thermal wear at the venue.
• Entry is free for children below the age of 5.
• The tickets include hooded parka, woolen gloves, shoes, and socks (if required).
• While it is solely the parent or the guardian’s discretion, we suggest that you avoid visiting the lounge with infants who aren’t 1 yet.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• Upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
• The refund amount will be returned to your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
