- Guests must furnish their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
- The age requirement to try the Glass Slide and Edge Walk is 12 years to 65 years.
- Anyone between 12 and 18 years old must have their parents’ consent to try the Glass Slide and Edge Walk. Kids below 12 years won’t be allowed for the activity.
- The weight limit for Glass Slide is between 30 kg and 150 kg.
- The height limit for the same is 120 cm and 200 cm.
- You can wear athleisure outfits. However, avoid wearing loose scarves, flip-flops, loose footwear, or dresses for safety reasons.

The Sky Views Observatory opens daily from 10 am to 10 pm. However, guests are not allowed after 9 pm.

- Glass Slide- Daily from 10.30 am to 9 pm.

How to Reach?
By Metro- Board the Redline metro and get down at the Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall Metro Station. Start walking and you will reach within six minutes.
By Bus- Hop on any bus no. 30, D03, D03A, or F13 and get down at the Dubai Mall Bus Stop, Landside 1. Walk for six minutes to reach the destination.
By Private Transfers- We have optional private transfers for those who want to avoid the hassle of public transport.
Visitors Rules
- Do not carry knives, glass bottles, or any sharp items to the Sky Views Observatory. Avoid carrying explosives.
- Skating shoes, rollerblades, or skateboards are not allowed inside.
- Guests can only carry small handbags.
- Avoid carrying outside foods and beverages to the Sky Views Observatory.
- Cameras are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations attempted before 72 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free.
- Upon canceling the bookings within 72 hours, you have to pay a 100% cancellation charge.
- The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids between 4 and 8 years old must book the child tickets.
- Anyone above 8 must book the standard tickets.
