Hot Air Balloon Ride Itinerary

• We pick you up from your accommodation at the crack of dawn
• Serving a welcome tea or coffee after you’ve arrived at the meeting point early in the morning
• Once you reach the launch site, watch how the balloon is inflated and prepared for the flight
• Please pay attention during the safety briefing after which you board the balloon, a splash of bright colors
• The balloon rises thousands of feet above the ground and you get a panoramic view of the beautiful sunrise

Important Information

• We will send the e-ticket after successful confirmation. The ticket copy is a must to be shown at the entrance gate.
• We request our visitors to furnish either a passport copy, the Emirates ID, or the UAE driving license when they arrive.
• It is best to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
• Please reach the launch site at least 10 minutes before the scheduled take-off.
• Do not carry large backpacks or baggage. Either pack light or keep them in the car.
• Pick up and drop off from the airport upon request will have an additional charge.
• Women who are pregnant, children below 5 years of age, and the elderly above 80 years of age must not take the hot balloon ride.
• The maximum weight for each passenger is 120 kg.
• The pickup time will be between 3 and 5 AM depending on when the sun rises and the location of the hotel.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Passengers must not carry lighters, knives, professional zoom cameras, guns, luggage, or alcohol.
• Passengers with serious heart ailments and those who have undergone knee and backbone surgeries or suffer from issues in those joints must not board the balloons.
• The minimum age requirement is 5 years old and 80 is the maximum.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation will be free if done before 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
• There will be a 100% cancellation charge if done within 48 hours of the scheduled departure.
• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be reflected in the bank account in 7 business days.

• Children between 5 and 11 years old are charged as per child ticket rates.
