The best time to visit

Global Village opens daily from October to April (every year). We would say the best season is during winter- from November to February. The weather stays cooler compared to the summer months. However, you can always visit during warmer months as well.

• You can choose the Dinner Voucher option and select food from various restaurants.
• A valid photo ID or passport is mandatory and must be displayed at the entrance.
• Shared transfers are offered from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• If your location is far from pick-up points, our team will coordinate with you.
• The duration of transfers to Global Village may vary due to traffic and location.
• Visitors can enjoy various activities such as shopping, rides, souvenirs, and food at their own expense.
• For safety purposes, children must wear the wristband provided by the ticket booths and Information Kiosk.
• Animals and outside food or drink are not allowed inside the park.
• Visitors are not permitted to bring any type of wheel, including rollers, bicycles, or skateboards.
• Male and female guests must wear appropriate clothing that covers their torso and legs.
• On Tuesdays, only families and women are allowed to enter the park, except on public holidays.
• You can watch the stunt shows daily except Tuesdays.
• People above 65 years can enjoy free entry.
• The place is not accessible using wheelchairs.
• You have to enter at least 30 minutes prior to the closing time of the village as it is the last entry time permitted.

How to Reach?

By Bus- Bus no. 102, 103, 104, 106, and 107 runs throughout the city. Board any and get down at the Global Village Bus Station.

By Metro- Catch the redline metro and alight at the Rashidiya Metro Station. Exit and hop on to bus no. 102 from the Rashidiya Bus Station (gate 11) and stop at the Global Village, Main Entrance 1.

By Private Transfer- You can book optional private transfers from us for a quick pickup and drop-off at the activity location.

Cancellation Policy

• The tickets have a non-cancellation policy. However, you will be liable to pay a 100% cancellation charge if you still cancel it.
• No refund or rescheduling will be allowed.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years can enter for free.
• Others between 3-65 years have to book standard tickets.
