Visitors can take a leisurely walk through each pavilion and experience the diverse cultural events, food, and heritage of each country. Every Friday during the annual festival season, the Dubai Global Village hosts a variety of live concerts featuring renowned international stars from Asia, North East, and other regions of the world. These concerts offer visitors an opportunity to enjoy live music from around the globe.
The Dubai Global Village is a massive project that brings together 90 different countries from around the world, making it the largest tourism, leisure, shopping, and entertainment destination. The countries are divided into different regions, such as Mena for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Iran, Kuwait, Khalifa Foundation, Jordan, and others, while Turkey, Russia, Bosnia & Balkans pavilion, and more fall under Europe. Each pavilion is decorated with impressive statues and exhibits that depict ancient and medieval periods, including well-known figures like scholars, emperors, philosophers, inventors, explorers, and many others. Visitors can explore each pavilion at their own pace and learn about the unique culture and heritage of each country.
1. The MENA pavilion at the Global Village showcases cultural exhibits and products from both the Middle East and North Africa regions. It has various sections such as Far East, Europe, Africa, and The Americas. 2. The Far East section displays products and exhibits from countries like Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, and South Korea. 3. The Europe section features a wide range of perfumes, clothes, and souvenirs. The Africa section showcases the traditions, art, and culture of over 15 countries like Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda. 4. Lastly, The Americas pavilion displays products from Central, North, and South America and highlights the unique tastes and lifestyles of more than 48 countries.
