Essential information

• Guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport for identification.
• Anyone interested in swimming with the dolphins must know the basic swimming skills.
• Kindly check the child policy before booking the tickets.
• Participants who are at least 5 years old with proper swimming skills are eligible to participate.
• Kids below 12 years old must visit with a legal and participating adult.
• Everyone must reach the location at least 45 minutes before the activity begins.
• The educational dolphin experiences include free same-day entry to the Aquaventure Waterpark.
• Pickup from other areas in the city (except the centrally located hotels and residences) will be done with extra charges.
• Guests must wear life jackets throughout the activity.
• Do not wear accessories such as earrings, watches, bangles, etc. that will hurt the animals.
• Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled activity to get the wristbands from the booking counter.

The Atlas Village opens daily from 9.45 am to 6 pm (subject to change).

How to Reach?

By Metro- Take the redline metro and get down at the Al Khail Metro station. You can take a cab to reach the Palm Monorail. You have to take the monorail ride to reach Aquaventure Waterpark.

By bus- Bus line 8 will take you to the Palm Jumeirah Monorail station. The Palm Gateway is within walking distance from here.

By Private transfers-  You can book optional private transfers from us as well.

Terms and conditions

• Arriving after the scheduled activity time will be considered a no-show.
• The mentioned time on the tickets is the check-in time and not the activity time.
• Only 8 participants are allowed in one pod.
• The activities are not suitable for the expectant mothers.
• You can purchase the photos of the activity from the photo counter.
• Kindly don’t carry cameras into the water.
• Video shooting is strictly prohibited at the Atlas Village.
• Everyone will get compulsory life jackets.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations done before 72 hours of the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
• Upon canceling the bookings within 72 hours, it will be 100% chargeable.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids between 3 and 7 years old must book the child tickets.
• Others above 7 must book the standard tickets.
