• You cannot bring food or beverages and alcohol inside the Aquaventure.
• The Atlantis Aquaventure is quite shallow. Always put your feet inside the pools first before entering for your safety. Diving is strictly prohibited.
• We offer pickup and drop facilities only from the hotels and residences centrally located in the city.
• If your hotel or residence is away from the main city, you must pay additional charges to book the pickup services.
• Our shared transfers are available from Deira and Bur Dubai.
• The pickup and drop-off facility timing may vary (30 minutes and 60 minutes) depending on the traffic condition in your area.
• The Atlantis Off-peak tickets won’t be valid for a few dates (25^th March-25^th April 2023, 21^st October-5^th November 2023, and 23^rd December-31^st December 2023).

Cancelation policy
