- There is no provision for lavatories within the hall, though there are arrangements for wash basins and bathrooms outside the hall. However, Dubai Mall has many of them, and the nearest one is situated to the left of the artwork center.
- They freely offer smaller and larger lockers for putting your belongings in during the visit.
- Tobacco smoking is also prohibited within the premises of the location.
