• The Bird Show Dubai opens every day from Monday to Saturday.
• Three show times are available: 12:15 pm, 3:15 pm, and 7:15 pm.

• By Metro- Take the Green Line to Dubai Creek and get off at Dubai Healthcare City Station. Walk for a while, and you will reach your destination.
• By Private Transfer- Although we do not provide transfers. People can choose private transfers at an additional cost.

• We advise our guests to bring their valid passports or Emirates IDs for the activity.
• There are no transfer options. If guests want, they can opt for private transfers at an additional cost.
• Parents must accompany their children all the time if they are between 2 and 12 years old. You should also note that there is no extra seat allotment.
• If you choose the transfer facility, you must book the tickets a day before.

• Reporting time is one hour before the activity time.

• If a cancellation is done, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
• Canceling at the last minute or not arriving on time will be considered a No-Show.

• Kids below 2 can enter for free.
• Kids between 2 and 11 must book a valid child ticket.
• Anyone over 12 must book adult tickets.
