• It can be done along with another partner right next to each other as there are two parallel zip lines.

What are the different zipline packages available?

There are two different services of Zipline rides named Jais Flight and Jais Sky Tour.

On the Jais flight, you fly along the zipline right at the mountains while on the Jais sky tour, you get to experience flying over the mountain, hopping from one platform to another.

Why should I try the Jebel Jais Zipline?

• It’s a lifetime experience to soar so high like a superman or a bird, anchored to the steel zip lines, that too, through such a tall amazing mountain. As you fly up in the air at a height of around 2830 meters, you can see the city right below appearing so small. It’s as if you are watching the city underneath through a bird’s eye.

Important Things to know before going for the Zipline spot

• The venue for the Jebel Jais zipline activity is Jebel Jais Park, Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE.
• You can opt for the transfer facilities with us while booking the activity or take a shared transfer from your hotel.
• You need to carry your passport and ID proof documents along. Without these, you will not be allowed entry to the ride.
• The minimum weight of a person should be 40 Kg and the maximum weight should be 120 Kg, to be eligible for the ride.
• Adolescents under 18 who meet the criteria of height and weight can do the zipline ride by themselves but they need one adult to accompany them. Also, they need to get a permit signed by their parents, stating that they have been given permission to do the activity.
• A person should be medically fit and devoid of any medical condition or disorder which can risk their life while doing the zipline ride.
• You should wear properly fitting clothes with no loose ends; hair shouldn’t be left open if long; no loose jewelry or flip flops allowed.
• You can’t carry anything heavy during the activity.
• This ride is prohibited for expecting women and adolescents below 15 years.
• Photos and videos are available but at an additional charge. These services are not included in the package.
• The Jebel Jais Zipline services remain operational from Wednesday to Sunday. The timings are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Jay Flight and Jais Sky Tour have different time slots. The time slots for Jais Flight are 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 12 PM, 1:00 Pm, and 2:00 PM. There are only two-time slots for the Jais Sky tour- 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Kindly report to the venue 30 minutes before your activity time.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• For adolescents under 18 years, full charge or adult rate applies.
• After the bookings are done, if you cancel your tickets, we impose a 100% cancellation charge and thus, they are non-refundable.
