There are two different services of Zipline rides named:
- Jais Flight &
- Jais Sky Tour
On the Jais flight, you fly along the zipline right at the mountains while on the Jais sky tour, you get to experience flying over the mountain, hopping from one platform to another.

Timings
- The Jebel Jais Zipline services remain operational from Wednesday to Sunday. The timings are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Jay Flight and Jais Sky Tour have different time slots. The time slots for Jais Flight are 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 12 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM. There are only two time slots for the Jais Sky tour- 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
