• Bring your swimming costume and keep your belongings in the locker. You will get locker facilities at the park at an additional charge.
• Explore the different attractions and the fun rides of the Wild Wadi Waterpark. The splashy slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, and other exciting water rides here promise good times for everyone
• You can take time and relax by the pools. Take in the vibrant ambiance of the surroundings, water, and sun.

Essential Information

• A valid ID proof (Emirates ID, passport, or govt. ID) is mandatory.
• No refunds are initiated for unused or partly used services.
• Kids must visit the park with their guardians.
• Avoid carrying outside food, beverages, or alcohol when coming to the Wild Wadi Park.
• We won’t be responsible if any attraction or component of the park remains non-operational due to any technical problems.
• For safety reasons, it is recommended to put your feet first. Do not jump directly into the pool.
• Private transfers are available, but optional.
• Pickups from other locations can be arranged with additional charges.
• The transfer timings for shared pickup and drop-off can be changed (30 to 60 minutes) depending on the traffic conditions in your area.
• Our meal admission voucher includes a hot dog, burger with a soft drink, or water bottle.

Booking policy

• Any cancellations made post-confirmation will be 100% chargeable without any refunds.
• Ticket rescheduling is strictly prohibited.

Child policy

• Kids below three can enter Wild Wadi for free.
• Children above three years old with a height below 1.1 meters must book the child tickets to enter.
• Kids above 1.1 meters in height must pay the adult rate to enter the park premises.
