Cancellation Policy

• All tickets once confirmed are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
• However, if you still cancel, you have to pay a 100% cancellation charge.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old enjoy free entry.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
