What To Expect On Your Sky Views Edge Walk

• The Sky Views Edge Walk is the highest full circle in Dubai that offers hands free walk on the top of the tower.
• It is located 219.5 meters above the ground with no windows or protective barriers. While you walk on the platform, you can clearly see the ground and the surrounding cityscape from top.
• It gives you the unique and exciting experience of walking in the sky while you’re tied to the harness. Arrive early for the experience, you’ll be given safety briefing by the staff members and you’ll be safely tied to the harness so you can enjoy the experience with confidence.
• After the briefing, walk out on the edge and admire the whole city from above. Pause for the photos and pose for the adventurous pictures.

Best time for Edge Walk:

• Visit during the weekdays between 11 am to 3 pm to enjoy this experience with fewer crowds.
• If you want to enjoy the views of the sunset from above, visit between 4 pm and 6.30 pm.

Best season for Edge Walk:

• The ideal season to enjoy the edge walk is between November and March. During winters, the climate is also pleasant which is best for this experience.
• If you want to enjoy this experience with lesser crowd, visit during the shoulder seasons from September to October.

Safety Rules

• Wear all safety equipment properly like the harness and the helmet.
• Any photography or videography is not allowed during the experience to avoid the safety risks.
• The Edge Walk experience may be cancelled or rescheduled if any weather issues occur.
• Please carry small or light bags for the experience. If you have any heavy luggage, that can be stored in the luggage room at the entrance lobby.
• Food and drinks from outside is not allowed inside the premises. However, you can dine at the restaurant inside the Sky Views hotel.

Important Visitor Information

• Children below the age of 12 are not allowed on the Edge Walk or Glass Slide. Guests under the age of 18 should participate under the supervision of their parents or guardian.
• The Sky Views Observatory is accessible for people on wheelchairs. Visitors with mobility requirements should contact the observatory staff in advance for a comfortable visit.
• Pregnant women should avoid the Edge Walk and Glass Slide due to potential risk.
• Guests with heart conditions, vertigo or other similar issues are advised to avoid these activities.
• The participants must weigh between 30 kg and 120 kg with height between 120 cm and 200 cm.
• While participating, the guests must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Loose dresses or skirts are not recommended for safety reasons. Therefore, please wear modest and comfortable clothes.

Items Not Allowed Inside

• Drones are not allowed at the top levels of Sky Views Observatory due to safety concerns.
• Weapons of any kind or explosive material should not be carried inside for the safety of other guests.
• Do not carry glass bottles to avoid any accidents inside the premises.
• Sharp objects like knives or scissors are not permitted inside to prevent potential injuries.
• Outside food and beverages should not be brought inside. Guests can buy food from the café within the observatory.
• Pets are not allowed inside. However, service animals can accompany their disabled humans with proper certificates.
