• Last admission is at 8:15 PM daily.

How to Reach?

• By Metro: The Red Line metro will take you to the Damac metro station. Take a cab from outside the metro station to reach the destination.
• By Bus: As the city is well-connected with public transport, finding a bus to the destination is easy. You can board any of the following routes to Royal Meridian-02 or Shatha Tower-01,  8, 883, 4 & F55A

• Moreover, you cannot bring any pets to the cabin.
• Unfavorable weather can lead to activity cancellation or rescheduling.
• If you are coming with your transfer, you can also gain an underground parking facility for 4 hours.

Terms and Conditions

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Guests traveling as a group may not always be in the same cabin.
• This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time indicated on it and will automatically expire thereafter.
• The ticket can be used only once and cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for any reason whether before or after its expiry.
• Holders of a child ticket (ages 3 to under 12 years) are required to present valid identity document as proof of age at Ain Dubai entrance, otherwise entrance to Ain Dubai will not be allowed, and the ticket will NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED under any circumstances.
• Holders of a child ticket must always be accompanied by an adult (+18 of age) during their visit to Ain Dubai. The visit will be at the risk of the accompanying adult and/or guardian.
• Rates are subject to change and will be updated from time to time by email.

Cancellation Policy

• There are no refunds or cancellations for the Ain Dubai tickets.

Child Policy

• You can book child rate tickets for the age group of 3 to 12 years.
