Terms and Conditions

• The participants of the activity must reach the Atlas Village at least fifteen minutes before the starting time of the activity.
• Anyone arriving fifteen minutes after the activity will be considered a ‘no show.’ The mentioned time on the ticket is the check-in time and not for the experience.
• Ten people are allowed to participate in the activity at a time.
• The activity is open to everyone. However, kids below twelve must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. However, they should be eighteen years old or above.
• Kids two or below can enter the activity area for free.
• Guests will receive one printed photo for one paid ticket after the activity.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made 72 hours before the event will be free of cost with a full refund.
• We charge a 50% fee on cancellations made 72 to 24 hours before the event.
• A 100% cancellation charge is levied on cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity.
• We have the advantage of rescheduling the event. Guests can reschedule the tickets at least 24 hours before the activity.
• We charge an amount of AED 90 for rescheduling if done within 24 hours of the booking
• Rescheduling is only offered depending on availability.
• We charge 100% amount for no-shows.
