Visa Requirements
- Application form.
- Passport must be valid for a minimum of 03 months from the date of return with 02 consecutive blank pages.
- All documents must be in English or translated into English.
- One recent passport photograph (not older than 6 months), size 35 x 45 mm with a light background. Photo glued on the application form; head covers are not permitted except for religious reasons.
- Proof of accommodation for each night as per the entire intended trip in Schengen (for example, confirmed hotel reservation(s), copy of rental contract or proof of residential property).
- Copy of flight reservation (including return flight).
- Travel insurance.
- Personal bank statements showing movements over the last 3 months or other verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay.
- Company letter of your employer and/or valid trade licence (OR NOC letter for spouse/children).
- UAE or Bahrain resident permit has to be valid for another three months after the intended departure from the Schengen States.
- Household employees – Letter of your employer/sponsor.
Visa processing note: During the visa processing time, no passport withdrawal is possible. The Embassy in Abu Dhabi reserves the right to ask for additional supporting documents and/or a personal interview.
Visa Fee: AED 500 per person to be paid at the Consulate. Processing time: 15 working days.
Important Notes
- Passports must remain valid for a minimum of six months beyond the intended travel period.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport meets all requirements for international travel.
- Any missed or delayed flights may result in itinerary changes, and any additional costs arising from such situations will be borne by the client.
- Standard hotel check-in time is between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, while check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00 hours. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

- There will be no refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
- In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.

Cancellation Policy
- Once confirmed, the booking fees of AED 1,500 per person will be non-refundable.
- Prior to 60 days before departure: 50% of the holiday amount is non-refundable.
- 44 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
- Less than 29 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
