Package Cost Details

• AED 7,499.00 per person on a twin/ triple sharing basis
• AED 8,999.00 per person on a single occupancy basis
• AED 6,699.00 per child sharing with extra bed (6 – 11.99 years)
• AED 6,299.00 per child sharing with the parents (2 – 5.99 years)
• AED 1,299.00 per infant (0 – 1.99 years)

Payment Terms

Payment Stage	Details
Initial Payment	AED 2,000 per person (non-refundable) at the time of booking confirmation.
Second Payment	50% of the total package cost, excluding the initial AED 2,000 already paid, due 60 days before travel or before the visa appointment, whichever is earlier.
Final Payment	Remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure.
Important	Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and any amount paid will be non-refundable.

Germany Visa Requirements (Schengen Visa)

• Passport valid for at least 6 months after departure, with minimum 2 blank pages, and issued within the last 10 years.
• Duly filled and signed visa application form.
• One recent passport-size photo (35mm x 45mm), white background, taken within 6 months.
• UAE resident permit valid for 3 months after departure date.
• Bank statement for the last 3 months as proof of financial situation.
• Original company letter, stamped and signed, showing position, salary, joining date, approved leave and confirmation of continued employment.
• Self-employed applicants: Original trade license.
• Travel itinerary with day-by-day plan.
• Hotel reservations for the entire Schengen stay.
• Flight reservation.
• Travel health insurance with minimum EUR 30,000 coverage. Credit card insurance is not accepted.
• Biometric data (fingerprints) if travelling for the first time or if collected more than 59 months ago.
• Visa fee: AED 390 for adults, AED 200 for children aged 6–11, and free for children below 6.
• For minors under 18: Both parents must sign the form, with copies of parents’ passports and a consent letter if travelling with one parent or alone.
• All documents must be in English or translated into English.

Visa Processing Time

• Standard processing time: 15 calendar days.
• Recommended submission: At least 2–3 weeks before travel.
• Maximum submission window: 6 months before travel.
• Latest submission: No later than 15 calendar days before travel.
• Processing may take longer during peak holiday seasons.
• Passport withdrawal is not possible during processing.

Visa Disclaimer

• Visa fees are non-refundable even if the application is refused or withdrawn.
• The Embassy may request additional documents or a personal interview at any time.
• Incorrect, false or incomplete documents may lead to visa refusal.
• Even with a valid visa, border authorities may refuse entry without supporting documents such as hotel vouchers, itinerary and insurance.
• Visa rules may change at any time without prior notice.
• Reconfirm visa requirements before travel.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy of Germany.

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation due to visa rejection will be charged as per the above cancellation policy.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at check-in/check-out.
• Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.
• Flight cancellations or rescheduling during the travel period: Any expenses incurred must be covered by the traveller.
• Unused services will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
• Seat allotment is not included and is subject to airline policies.
• Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Efficient Tourism is not liable for loss of belongings or baggage.
• Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and may be replaced by a similar category if required.
• Bed type, room view, floor, adjoining/connecting rooms and early/late check-in or check-out are subject to hotel availability and discretion.
• Hotels/service providers may request credit card authorization or a cash deposit for incidental or personal expenses.
• European hotel rooms may be smaller than GCC accommodation standards.
• Passengers should review the hotel property details online before confirmation.
• There is no refund, partial or otherwise, for cancelled or unused services, including for medical or compassionate reasons.
• Package confirmation is subject to the applicable booking and cancellation policies.
• Personal expenses are not included in the package.

• Minimum Operating Strength (MOS): If bookings fall below 80% of the booked passengers, the tour may be cancelled with an option to shift dates, or re-quoted as a smaller group/FIT with an additional supplement.
