Proceed to Engelberg, a charming mountain village, and begin your alpine adventure to the summit of Mt. Titlis.
Ascend via Rotair – the world’s first revolving cable car offering 360° panoramic views.

For a once-in-a-lifetime alpine experience, visit Jungfrau – the highest railway station in Europe at 3,454m.
Travel via Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald to the Jungfrau Railway. Ascend through tunnels carved in the Eiger mountain.

Visa Requirements

Passport should be valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date and must have at least 2 consecutive blank pages.
All documents submitted must be in English, officially translated into English, or in one of the recognized Swiss languages.
Provide one recent passport-sized photograph (not older than 6 months), measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm, with a light-colored background. Attach the photo directly to the application form. Head coverings are allowed only for religious reasons.
Proof of accommodation for each night of your planned Schengen trip (e.g., confirmed hotel bookings, rental agreements, or property ownership documents).
A copy of your flight itinerary, including return tickets.
Valid travel insurance covering your entire stay.
Bank statements from the past 3 months or other verifiable proof showing you have sufficient funds for your trip.
Employment verification: a letter from your company along with a valid trade license, or an NOC letter for spouses/children.
UAE or Bahrain residency permit must remain valid for at least 3 months after your planned departure from the Schengen area.
For domestic staff: a letter from your employer or sponsor is required.

Note:

Passports cannot be withdrawn during the visa processing period.
The Embassy of Switzerland in Abu Dhabi may request additional documents or a personal interview if necessary.

Fees & Processing:

Visa fee: AED 500 per person, payable at the Consulate.
Standard processing time: approximately 15 working days.

Notes

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your planned stay.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets all travel requirements.
Any missed or delayed flights may affect the itinerary, and any extra costs incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Terms and Conditions

Rates depend on availability and are only indicative; no booking has been confirmed yet.
Travelers aged 75 and above are not covered under the standard insurance included in certain packages; additional charges may apply.
Peak season surcharges may be applicable on specific dates.
The itinerary may change or be adjusted without prior notice.
If three people share a room, the third person will be provided an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
No refunds will be given for services or sightseeing that are not used.
If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternate accommodations of a similar standard will be provided.
Travelers are fully responsible for ensuring they have all necessary documents for their trip and visas.
Departure dates are fixed; amendments or changes are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, the booking fee of AED 1,500 is non-refundable.
If you cancel between 60 and 45 days before departure, 50% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable.
Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before departure will incur a 75% non-refundable charge.
Any cancellations made less than 29 days before departure will result in 100% of the total holiday cost being non-refundable.

Child Policy

Children aged 6 – 11.99 years:

Charges apply per child sharing with an extra bed. Additional charges will apply as per the package rate.

Children aged 2 – 5.99 years:

Can share the bed with parents free of charge or with minimal supplement (if applicable), without the provision of an extra bed.

Infant Policy

Infants aged 0 – 1.99 years:

Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. No extra bed or separate meals are provided unless specified.
