Our USA tour package offers you six nights of the trip with stays at a 3-star hotel and complimentary daily breakfast at the hotel. Although we do not provide international or domestic flight fares, we do offer airport transfers when you arrive and depart from the country. You’ll spend two nights in New York, Washington, and Niagara Falls. From a guided city tour to entry to the Space museum, Hershey’s chocolate world, and a ride on the Capitol Wheel, you’re in for an exciting vacation.
Before booking either of the two packages, you must be aware of their cancellation policy to make sure that you make an informed decision. Our USA Tour Packages incur an AED 3500 booking deposit fees which is non-refundable. However, if you cancel 60 to 45 days before departure, you will receive 50% of the total holiday cost, and 75% if canceled 44 to 30 days before departure.
A minimum rate for children will be added to your package price. If your child is between 6 and 12 years old, they will be charged for an extra bed at the hotel, directly added to the package price. For younger children, including infants, there will be small charges, but do note that there will be no extra bed.
The early check-in or check-out depends on the availability at the hotel. Kindly note that we do not offer any guarantees for early check-ins and check-outs. You have to coordinate the same with the hotel, or you can reach out to us for inquiries.
There are no extra charges specifically, but only in certain cases. For example, if you require an extra bed in your hotel room, or during peak seasons or special occasions, the extra charges may be applied.
You will receive an airport pick-up and drop-off service, included in the package. All you need to do is share the flight details with us, so that the driver can reach you on time. Additionally, kindly note that there are extra charges per person if your airport transfers are between 11 PM and 6 AM.
