- You are requested to report at the venue at least 30 minutes before the yacht leaves the dock.
- The voucher is valid only for the date and time it’s booked for. No extensions or rescheduling is allowed.
- Children should be accompanied by adults all along the cruise.
- Failing to report on time shall be treated as a ‘no show’ and no refund or rescheduling requests shall be entertained.
- There’s no specific space allotted to any guest. All have access to the entire yacht.

- Guests are requested to bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the shared yacht tour in Dubai.

By Metro- Board a metro and get down at the DMCC Metro Station or Sobha Realty Metro. Al Majara Tower is a couple of kilometers away from these locations.
By Taxi- You can take a taxi as the driver will drop you off directly at the Al Majara Towers.
By Car- You can drive to the location and park your car at the Marina Mall (free for up to three hours).

- All cancellations made before 24 hours of the scheduled departure will attract no charges.
- If you cancel the bookings within 24 hours, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
