Essential Information

• Please bring your Emirates ID or passport when coming to the teamLab.
• Kindly avoid wearing high heels. Flat shoes are the best option.
• There are uneven surfaces inside the activity premises. Some artworks use UV lights, flashes, and fog. So, be careful while walking inside.
• Guests can bring cameras inside the activity premises. However, flash photography is a strict no.
• Carrying heavy or large backpacks or luggage inside is a strict no.
• The tickets allow only one time entry to the teamLab. So, re-entry isn’t possible with one ticket.
• Kids below 12 years are allowed inside the teamLab premises when visiting with an adult with a valid ticket.
• Furthermore, please don’t bring food or beverages inside the premises of teamLab.
