The Sonara Camp is a new addition to the list of camps in the Dubai desert and is one of the best camps to avail of here. The campsite is known for being the first private camp that is environment-friendly, zero-waste, and has a solar-powered location to restrict energy waste. Individuals can enjoy the amazing, delectable cuisines around the desert camps while abiding by the environment-friendly etiquette around the place.

Sonara Camp Desert Safari is known for the fresh and quality products served at the camps, along with a keen eye on the hygienic part of the served items. Guests can enjoy a great time of around 5 hours at the camps and revel in the activities conducted around the location here in Dubai.

Activities for the guests

• Guests can try camel shuttling at the activity site at an additional cost. Only 2 people are allowed per camel.
• Alcohol and shisha are available at the site at an additional charge.
• Mocktails have to be purchased separately.
• You have to pay extra for the sunset photography at the campsite.

Important things to check before going to the Sonara Camp

• You will receive the booking confirmation on the respective phone numbers after a successful booking.
• Visitors with physical conditions and back issues should avoid participating in the activity.
• If you or anyone in your group has a heart ailment, they cannot attend the activity.
• There are also restrictions for pregnant women for safety purposes.
• Visitors need to be in average shape before participating in the activity.
• It is important to have proper weather conditions for an enjoyable activity. In case the weather conditions worsen, guests will be provided a full refund or awarded an additional day for the activity here.
• It is a completely discreet activity, and participants can only access the activity location.
• The activity schedule times may change according to the seasons.
• The timing for camel rides is between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm from the gate to the private camp, with a maximum of 2 riders on single camelbacks.
• The camp closes at 10.30 p.m., and the total duration of the activity is around 6 hours.

How to Reach?

By Car- You have to reach the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve by 5 pm if you don’t opt for a private transfer. From our meeting point, Efficient Tourism‘s member will come to receive you around 5.30 pm and take you to the activity site.

By Private Transfer- We can arrange for private transfers from your hotel. You have to select the option while booking the activity. Our VIP four-wheelers will drop you at the DDCR. From there, another jeep will come to take you to the campsite.

Cancellation Policies

• Any cancellations 72 hours before the scheduled activity will be done for free.
• If you cancel the bookings within 72 hours, there will be 100% cancellation charges.
• The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days.
