The Timing Details

• Tour duration – 3 hours
• Pickup timing – 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm (if availed)
• Boarding time – 09:00pm to 09:45pm
• Cruising time – 10:00pm to 01:00am
• Return drop – 02:00am to 03:00am (location & traffic dependent)

For Direct Reporting Boarding starts from 09:00pm to 09:30pm.

Important Information

• You are advised to turn up in smart casuals.
• The cruise starts at 10 pm on 31^st December and ends at 1 am on the 1^st January 2026.
• Transfer schedules might differ from the planned time due to traffic conditions.
• Locations closed after 4 PM due to traffic restrictions may not have service.
• For safety, the coast guard might alter the route or location during rough weather.
• The cruise leaves on time and will not wait for anyone.
• Guests who arrive late or miss the tour will be marked as no-shows and no refund will be given.
• Private transfers are available at an additional amount with Efficient Tourism.
• Strollers cannot be taken onboard during the cruise party.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be cancelled, and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
• Once the payment has been received, if the product cannot be provided, we hold the right to cancel your booking and process a refund.
• In case the booking is canceled from our side for any reason, the refund will take 7 to 14 days to reflect in your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

• Kids below 3 years old (infants) are free to join the party.
• Children above 3 years of age have to pay standard rates.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Situations Where the Organizer May Cancel the Event

1. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the sea becomes rough or the weather is unsafe, the captain or organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, or adjust the timing of the event for guest safety.

2. Technical or Safety-Related Breakdowns

Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the Cruise can lead to the event being cancelled.

3. Minimum Guest Requirement (Shared Cruise)

Shared cruise trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

4. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

5. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

6. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

7. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.

Guests will be informed of any cancellation or update through:

• The booking platform used for the reservation
• SMS or direct phone call
• Email notifications

All children above the age of 10 are considered adults and are therefore charged at regular rates. Please note that since the demand for New Year’s Eve Catamaran Cruise tickets is set to soar, no cancellation requests shall be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever.
