Shared cruise trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

  1. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

  1. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

  1. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

  1. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.
