Essential Information

• Identification: Emirates ID or passport required.
• Dress Code: Smart casual (no slippers, flip-flops, bikinis, or swimsuits).
• Transfers: Shared transfers are unavailable on New Year’s Eve, but private transfers can be arranged (optional).
• Transfer Timings: 30–60 minutes subject to traffic conditions.
• The coast guard may modify sailing routes in case of poor weather for safety reasons.
• Private transfer schedule may be adjusted depending on area and traffic flow.
• Areas with evening road restrictions may not be covered by pickup or dropoff.
• The cruise will not wait once the departure time arrives.
• No refund will be processed for missed or late arrivals.

Location & Timing Details

• Location: Dubai Marina Harbor
• Boarding Time: 8:30 PM (arrive between 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM).
• Sailing Time: 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM (1st January 2026).
• Drop-off: Between 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be processed for any post booking cancellations.
• Once payment is made, if the product becomes unavailable, we hold the right to cancel and refund your payment.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Situations Where the Organizer May Cancel the Event

1. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the sea becomes rough or the weather is unsafe, the captain or organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, or adjust the timing of the event for guest safety.

2. Technical or Safety-Related Breakdowns

Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the yacht can lead to the event being cancelled.

3. Minimum Guest Requirement (Shared Yacht)

Shared yacht trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

4. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

5. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

6. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

7. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.
