Tour Regulations Update 2025
As of 1st December 2025, there are new regulations that will be implemented on this tour:
- Tourists who have single-entry visas to the UAE cannot go on this tour for the sole reason that their visa may expire after the border crossing.
- Citizens like Europeans, Canadians, and US visa holders who get visas on arrival are eligible to travel.
- People with multiple-entry visas to the UAE have permission to travel with a prior Oman e-visa.
- There’s no need to pay an exit fee for crossing the border after a visa-on-arrival tourist gets any further notice.
- Residents of the UAE must have a validity of 3 months on their Emirates ID. At the time of traveling, 6-month validity on the passport.
- Oman visa may be free for certain UAE residents; others must pay AED 50.
- All people, including the kids and senior citizens, have to pay AED 31 as exit fees.
- All the submission processes are the same, and submit the border permit before 3 days before traveling.
- Every UAE resident and others who are eligible for an Oman visa on arrival can book their tour at any time. They do not require any permission.
- The dhow cruise is subject to weather conditions.
- The visit to the Musandam cave and fishing depend on the sea level.
- Kindly note that certain nationals with low-skilled professions like laborers, carpenters, clerks, etc, may not be permitted to cross the border.
- The booking confirmation is subject to availability. If there is a need for reconfirmation, you need to pay 50% advance.
- There are certain conditions for guests coming in their own vehicle:
- Mandatory Oman insurance
- Vehicle owner must be accompanied
- You cannot cross the border if the vehicle is under a loan
- The visa sponsor must accompany the traveler. Example: If a child is sponsored by their father, the father must travel with the child
- Oman visa regulations apply to all travelers visiting Musandam Dibba, Oman.
