We offer pickup and drop-off facilities from Dubai hotels and residences. No airport pickups are available.

We don’t provide alcohol on dry days. Besides, live entertainment won’t be available on dry days (as per the government rule).
Failing to reach the activity location on the mentioned time will be considered a no-show. In that case, we won’t reschedule the activity or provide any refund.
Guests are requested not to bring outside food or drinks on the cruise.

If you cancel the bookings before 72 hours, we won’t charge any cancellation fee.
The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven days.
