Essential Information

• An identity proof is mandatory at the entrance of the activity location. Hence, everyone must bring their Emirates ID or passport.
• The menu depends on the availability. Besides, it can change without any prior notice.
• Guests must avoid bringing outside eatables or drinks inside Burj Khalifa.
• Everyone must arrive at the activity location at least 30 minutes before the mentioned time.
• Kindly note- our shared transfers are available from centrally located hotels or residences in the city. However, airport transfers are unavailable.
• The pickup and drop-off timing can change (30 to 60 minutes) as per the traffic situation in your area.
• The bookings are valid on the date and time you selected.
• Once used, the tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• All tickets will be non-refundable from March 1, 2025. Moreover, there won’t be any option for rescheduling or cancellation.

How to Reach?

By Metro- Take the Redline metro and get down at the Burj Khalifa metro station. From here you can take the F13 bus or walk up to the Dubai Mall.

By Bus- Any bus line F13, D03, 98E, 27, 28, or 29 will take you to the Dubai Mall bus stop.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges for cancellations made before 72 hours of the scheduled activity.
• A 100% cancellation charge for canceling the bookings within 72 hours.
• We will refund the money to your bank account in seven business days (if eligible).
