The ride will take you to Dubai’s famous landmarks and tourist attraction spots.  Hence, soak in Dubai’s grandeur from the open-top upper tier. Or enjoy the city’s spectacular sights from the comfort of the AC lower tier.

Points to Note

• Kindly bring a valid proof of identity like your passport or Emirates ID. PAN cards aren’t accepted.
• Please reach the venue of the tour’s departure at least 15 minutes before the bus is scheduled to start.
• Passengers on the bus aren’t allowed to consume any food or beverages.
• Modifications may be made to the bus routes if it’s found that repairs are being carried out on some roads. The prevailing traffic conditions may also make route modifications necessary.

The Big Bus Tours operate daily from 9 am to 6.30 pm.

Cancellation Policy

• Canceling the bookings 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be 100% refundable.
• If you cancel the bookings within 24 hours, it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
• Expect to get the refund in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).

Child Policy

• Kids under 5 years old don’t require separate tickets if they don’t occupy a seat.
• Children between 5 and 15 years old must book a child ticket.
• Others above 15 years old must pay the standard charges.
