Cancellation Policy

• To get a refund, you need to cancel the tour 24 hours before the tour.
• However, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will incur 100% cancellation charges.
• It will take 7 to 14 days to get a refund if eligible.

Child Policy

• There are no tickets required for children 3 years and under.
• However, children between 3 and 10 years old will need to pay child rate tickets. It is also applicable for children 1.3 meters in height.
• The rest of the people (above 10 years) need to pay standard rate tickets.
