Activity timings

• The whole tour duration is about 4.5 hours.
• The pickup timing for the tour is around 6:30 pm.
• Guests can directly report to the location between 7 pm and 7.30 pm.
• Wait for the boarding process to begin around 8 pm and end by 9 pm.
• The Mega Yacht leaves the dock around 9.30 pm.
• The activity ends by 2 am on 1^st January 2027.
• The yacht returns to the dock by 3 am.
• Anyone who didn’t opt for the private transfer facility is requested to reach Pier 7 (outside Dubai Marina Mall).

How to Reach?

The New Year Mega Yacht set sail from Pier 7 (outside Dubai Marina Mall). Here is a guide on how to reach.

By Metro- Board a metro and get down at the DMCC Metro Station. Cross the overpass and you will reach the Dubai Marina Mall. Pier 7 is just near the mall.

By Bus- Catch the RTA bus no. 8 and get down at Marina Promenade. Marina Mall is 10 minutes of walking distance from the bus stop.

By Private Transfer- We offer optional private transfers (both ways) so that you can directly reach the activity site.

Good to know

• Guests will get the yacht details, departure time, and other necessary information a day before the activity.
• Everyone must bring their Emirates ID or passport for verification.
• Casual attire would be the best fit for the New Year’s Eve occasion. However, we recommend a light jacket for the chilly nights.
• We include vegetarian and non-vegetarian items on the menu for everyone to enjoy.
• Separate restrooms for men and women are available on the yacht.
• The cruise will depart at the given time without delay.
• No refund will be provided if you miss the tour by means.
• Both-way optional private transfers are available upon request.
• Guests in areas with road blocks after 4 PM may not get pickup or dropoff.
• For safety, route or location may change if the coast guard restricts sailing in bad weather.
• Strollers are restricted on the cruise party.

New Year’s Eve 2027 Ticket Update

• The pricing of the tickets has been kept dynamic. As the demand for the tickets rises, their availability shrinks and hence, the prices rise.
• Advance booking the tickets means you will get attractive offers and discounts.
• The prices of New Year’s Eve tickets can rise by as much as 100% or even more as we approach New Year.

Important: All the events are sold out much before December 31. We therefore request you to make your plans early and book your tickets so you don’t miss out.

Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are not permitted after booking.
• After processing your payment, if the booked product cannot be confirmed, we have the right to cancel and refund.

Child Policy

• Kids below 10 years old must book child tickets.
• Anyone above 10 years old has to pay an adult rate.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Situations Where the Organizer May Cancel the Event

1. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the sea becomes rough or the weather is unsafe, the captain or organizer may choose to postpone, cancel, or adjust the timing of the event for guest safety.

2. Technical or Safety-Related Breakdowns

Any mechanical fault, safety hazard, or operational malfunction on the megayacht can lead to the event being cancelled.

3. Minimum Guest Requirement (Shared Megayacht)

Shared megayacht trips depend on the required number of participants. If this minimum is not reached before the deadline, the organizer will cancel the trip.

4. Major External Disruptions

Events such as natural calamities, government-imposed restrictions, major emergencies, pandemics, or similar large-scale issues may result in cancellations without any added liability.

5. Refund Conditions

Guests will only receive the exact amount they paid. No extra compensation or additional benefits will be provided.

6. Third-Party Costs Not Covered

Any charges related to travel, accommodation, or bookings made through external providers are not the organizer’s responsibility.

7. Liability Limitation

The organizer’s responsibility is limited to returning the charter fee. They are not accountable for weather impacts or missed highlights like fireworks that are affected by conditions beyond their control.

• Email notifications
