• If you are living as a tenant in the UAE, the tenancy contract shall have to be furnished. If you own a property in the UAE, the title deed shall have to be furnished
• A duly signed and stamped statement from the bank showing the last 6 months’ transactions as proof of financial solvency
• If invited by someone, the invitation letter and a copy of the passport of the inviter
