Payment Terms

Payment Stage Details
Initial Payment AED 2,000 per person (non-refundable) at the time of booking confirmation.
Second Payment 50% of the total package cost, excluding the initial AED 2,000 already paid, due 60 days before travel or before the visa appointment, whichever is earlier.
Final Payment Remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure.
Important Failure to follow the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and any amount paid will be non-refundable.

South Africa Tourist Visa Requirements

  • Passport valid for at least 30 days after departure from South Africa, with 2 consecutive blank visa pages.
  • Copy of passport bio page and previous South African visas, if applicable.
  • Valid UAE Residence Visa with at least 3 months’ validity after return, plus Emirates ID copy.
  • Completed and signed South Africa Visitor Visa Application Form (DHA-84).
  • One recent passport-size colour photograph with white background.
  • Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer stating designation, salary, approved leave, travel dates, purpose of travel and employment confirmation.
  • Business owners: copy of valid Trade License.
  • Original signed cover letter stating purpose of travel, travel dates, duration of stay and financial responsibility.
  • Original UAE bank statements for the last 3 months showing sufficient funds.
  • Confirmed return or onward flight reservation.
  • Hotel reservation covering the entire stay.
  • Domestic flight reservation, if applicable.
  • If staying with family or friends: invitation letter, host’s ID/passport, proof of address and bank statement.
  • Valid travel/medical insurance covering the entire stay.
  • For applicants below 18: birth certificate, parents’ passport and UAE visa copies, and parental consent where applicable.
  • Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, only if applicable based on travel history or nationality.
  • The South African Consulate may request additional supporting documents.

Visa Submission & Processing

  • Personal appearance is mandatory.
  • Applications must be submitted in person at VFS Global.
  • Biometric enrolment (fingerprints and photograph) is required during submission.
  • Standard processing time is approximately 5–15 working days after submission.
  • Processing may take longer during peak travel periods or if additional verification is required.
  • Recommended application timing: at least 3–4 weeks before departure.
  • No express or priority processing is available.
  • Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the South African Consulate.
  • Complete documentation does not guarantee visa approval.
  • Additional documents or an interview may be requested.
  • Visa fees and VFS service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • Passports generally remain with the Consulate during processing and cannot be withdrawn until a decision is made.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • The itinerary is typical and may change depending on the current situation, weather and availability of establishments at the time of the tour.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Hotel accommodation is subject to final confirmation and may be replaced with a similar-category property if required.
  • Room type, bed type, floor, view, adjoining/connecting rooms and similar requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The supplier does not guarantee bed type and hotel room occupancy is subject to the hotel’s maximum bed limits.
  • Hotels and service providers may require credit-card authorization or a cash deposit for incidental or personal expenses.
  • Travellers should review the confirmed hotel property before booking. Once confirmed, the property is considered accepted.
  • There will be no refund, partial or otherwise, for cancelled or unused services, including medical or compassionate circumstances.
  • Package confirmation is subject to the applicable booking and cancellation conditions.
  • Cancellation due to visa rejection will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
  • Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant authorities. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection are borne by the client.
  • Flight schedules may be cancelled or rescheduled. Any additional expenses arising during the travel period are borne by the traveller.
  • Seat allocation is not included and is subject to airline policies.
  • The tour operator has no control over airlines, coaches or other third-party service providers.
  • Unused services will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and baggage.
  • The operator is not responsible for losses or expenses caused by weather, strikes, war, quarantine, breakdowns, irregularities or other circumstances beyond its control.
  • Changes in travel regulations, visa rules, immigration decisions or government policies may affect the itinerary after booking.
  • If an attraction is closed, the Tour Manager may amend the itinerary or cancel the visit.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned.
  • Services not specifically confirmed on the voucher will not be rendered.
  • All extras are payable directly to hotels/service providers.
  • Travellers must respect local culture, surroundings, laws and the rules of service providers.
  • The supplier’s minimum operating strength policy may result in cancellation of a departure or re-quotation/customization if bookings fall below the required operating threshold.
  • The tour operator is not responsible for Covid-related illness or resulting extension, hospitalization, flight rescheduling, deportation, emergency evacuation or similar expenses; such costs are borne by the traveller.
