Passports must have a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended travel period.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passports meet all travel and entry requirements.
Any missed or delayed flights may result in itinerary changes, and any extra costs arising from this will be borne by the client.
Standard hotel check-in time is between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, while check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00 hours. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

This is a fixed departure package, and no changes or amendments are permitted once confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Upon confirmation, a booking fee of AED 1,500 will be charged and is strictly non-refundable.
If cancellation is made between 60 and 45 days before departure, 50% of the total holiday cost will be retained.
Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days before the travel date will incur a 75% charge of the package amount.
For cancellations within 29 days or less before departure, the full package cost will be deducted.
