  • Arrival at Cairo International Airport where our representative will meet and assist you through immigration and baggage procedures before transferring you to Hotel.
  • Cairo is one of the oldest and most fascinating capitals in the world, combining ancient civilization with vibrant modern life. After check-in and some relaxation time, enjoy a memorable evening aboard Nile Crystal for a spectacular Nile Dinner Cruise.
  • The evening includes live belly dancing performances, traditional Egyptian folklore shows, live entertainment, and an open buffet dinner while sailing along the Nile River with panoramic nighttime views of Cairo’s illuminated skyline.
  • This experience offers the perfect introduction to Egyptian culture and hospitality in a magical atmosphere.

  • After breakfast at Cairo Hotel, begin a full-day excursion to the legendary Giza Plateau.

  • Begin with the magnificent Citadel of Saladin, one of Cairo’s most important Islamic landmarks, followed by the beautiful Mohamed Ali Mosque offering panoramic views across the city.
  • Continue to visit the remarkable National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, home to extraordinary collections representing the different periods of Egyptian history, including the famous Royal Mummies Hall.

Visa Requirements – Egypt

Visa on Arrival (VOA)

  • Eligibility: Available for citizens of many countries, including GCC residents.
  • Where to Obtain: At designated Egyptian ports of entry (e.g., airports).
  • Fee: Visa (30 USD per person); if staying more than 6 nights, customer will have to pay 15 USD extra to be in total 45 USD per person.
  • Duration: Usually valid for a stay of up to 30 days.
  • Requirements: Valid passport with at least six months remaining; for GCC residents, valid GCC residence permit (minimum six months validity); Exit Re-entry.
  • Process: Head to the Visa on Arrival counter upon arrival in Egypt; pay the $30 USD fee; obtain a visa sticker/stamp for your passport.
  • Extension: Extensions can be requested at the Egyptian Passport and Immigration Administration.

Egypt eVisa

  • Eligibility: Citizens of over 70 countries can apply online for a tourist eVisa, including GCC residents and Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Filipino passport holders.
  • Fee: AED 200 per person (price might vary depending on nationality) – non-refundable in case of rejection.
  • Duration: Valid for 30 days of stay (single or multiple entries depending on the type).
  • Processing Time: Typically 5–7 business days, but sometimes faster.
  • Requirements: Valid passport with six months validity and digital passport-sized photograph.

  • Fixed departure is non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.

Visa Approval
Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.

Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling
In case of any cancellations or reschedules of domestic or international flights during the travel period, travelers are advised to cover any expenses incurred during that time on their own.

Unused Services
Any services not utilized on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

Seat Allotment
Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.

Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour. Efficient Tourism is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.

Liability Disclaimer
The company shall not accept liability or responsibility for damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdowns or irregularities in the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Any loss or expense arising from the above must be borne by the passengers.

Travel Regulations & Government Rules
The company shall not be responsible for any changes in travel regulations, visa rules, immigration decline at airport or government policies that may affect or disrupt the itinerary after booking confirmation.

Third-party Services
As a travel house/tour operator, Efficient Tourism has no control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping companies, or other third-party providers.

  • Please be advised that entry into any country is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities. Even with valid visas and documents, travelers may be subject to additional checks or denied entry.
  • Efficient Tourism has no control over immigration decisions and cannot be held liable for any issues arising at the border.
  • We recommend checking the latest travel and entry regulations with the official embassy or immigration office before departure.

Additional Disclaimers

  • It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure the validity of their passports and visas for the country of visit.
  • Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments.
  • Efficient Tourism shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if visas are rejected, cancellation charges/fees shall be payable by the client. There will be no refund if the clients, or any member of the party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
  • We do not guarantee bed type. We must adhere to the limits set by the hotel. The number of beds in a room to a maximum of two beds irrespective of Single, Twin, Triple or Quad occupancy.
  • Hotels mentioned are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and are not guaranteed. Hence, if not available, a similar category will be provided.
  • Please advise at the time of confirmation for any specification of the floor, room, beddings, view, early check-in, late check-out, adjoining, connecting etc. so that we can inform the hotels in advance. However, we cannot guarantee anything as it is purely based on availability, policy and discretion of the Hotel at the time of check-in.
  • Hotels/service providers may ask for a credit card authorization/cash deposit to cover incidental or personal expenses and must be provided when required.
  • There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of services canceled or unused for any reasons including medical or compassionate.
  • Package confirmed is subject to the Booking Conditions/Cancellation policies.

  • On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary/cancel the visit.

  • Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein.
  • Any services not specifically confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.

  • Be a responsible tourist, respect the culture, surroundings, rules of the host country, and properties of service providers. Irate behavior and misconduct will not be tolerated and may be subject to consequences.
