Package Cost Details

Visa Requirements

The following documents are required to apply for an Indonesian visa:

• A completed visa application form (assistance will be provided).
• Original passport and a copy, with at least two blank pages and a minimum validity of 7 months.
• Copy of Emirates ID and residence visa, if applicable.
• Confirmed return air ticket.
• Proof of hotel booking or accommodation arrangement.
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing complete doses.
• Travel insurance covering COVID-19.
• Two passport-size photographs with a white background.
• Original bank statements for the last 3 months, stamped, with a minimum closing balance of USD 2,000 or AED 8,000.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer or sponsor stating that the applicant will depart Indonesia after the visit.

For non-tourism visas only:

• Invitation letter from an Indonesian citizen for family visits, or
• Event/conference attendance confirmation, or
• Letter from a local sponsoring company for business meetings or training, along with a copy of the sponsor’s Indonesian ID.
• Duly completed financial declaration and health protocol forms.
• Processing Time: Approximately 5–7 working days (minimum).
• Visa Fee: AED 385 per person, payable at the Consulate
• Applicable for Tourism – Single Entry visa
• Visa fees are non-refundable and must be paid in cash only (exact amount required).
• Multiple-entry visas remain suspended until further notice.
• Personal appearance is mandatory for document submission, with a prior appointment.
• Submission timings: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
• If the passport is withdrawn during processing, an additional two working days will be required.

Indonesia eVOA Requirements

Below are the requirements for the Indonesian eVOA (Single Entry) for nationalities eligible for Visa on Arrival:

• Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
• Recent passport-size photograph with a white background
• Visa Fee: AED 115 per person
• Processing Time: 1–2 working days

Indonesia Tourist eVisa Requirements (Single Entry – Pakistani Nationals)

• Applicants must submit the following documents:
• Passport valid for at least 6 months
• Passport-size photograph with white background
• Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a minimum balance of USD 2,000
• Visa Fee: AED 230 per person
• Processing Time: 6–10 working days

Additional Applicant Details Required

• Full names of father and mother
• Details of any previous travel to Indonesia, including travel dates (if applicable)

Important Information

• Passports must have a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended duration of travel.
• Travelers are personally responsible for ensuring their passport meets all travel requirements.
• Any flight delays or missed departures may result in itinerary revisions, with all additional costs payable by the client.
• Standard hotel check-in is between 14:00 and 15:00 hours, while check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00 hours. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
• Prices and availability may be revised at any time without prior notification.
• The quoted rate applies to a group of 15–30 passengers traveling together; any change in group size will impact the final pricing.

Terms and Conditions

• All prices are dependent on availability at the time of confirmation.
• This communication serves as a quotation only and does not indicate a confirmed booking.
• Travelers aged 75 years and above are excluded from the standard insurance coverage included in certain packages; additional insurance may be arranged at extra cost.
• Seasonal surcharges may be applicable on selected travel dates.
• The travel schedule and sightseeing order may be revised or interchanged without prior notice.
• Accommodation for a third occupant in a room will be provided in the form of a rollaway bed or extra mattress.
• No refunds will be issued for services or excursions that are not availed.
• If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternative hotels of comparable category will be arranged.
• Clients are solely responsible for ensuring all required travel and visa documents are valid and complete.
• The departure date is fixed, and no modifications or changes will be permitted once confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
• Before 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
• 44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
• Less than 29 days before departure, 100% of the total amount will be deducted.
