Important Notes

• Payment can be made in up to four instalments for added flexibility.
• The complete amount must be cleared at least 30 days before departure.
• Required booking documents include a passport and an Emirates ID, and originals must be carried while travelling.
• UAE residents holding a passport valid for 6 months along with an Emirates ID are eligible for a visa on Arrival in Armenia.
• It is advised to carry USD 500 in cash as proof of funds for Visa on Arrival destinations.
• Airline policy allows one checked baggage along with one piece of hand luggage.

Key Notes

• A dedicated tour guide will be arranged for groups consisting of 10 or more guests.
• In case of any change, a hotel of a similar category will be provided.
• Entry tickets to attractions are to be paid for directly by the guest.
• In CIS countries, a centralised heating system is used, so indoor room temperature may differ completely from outside weather conditions.
• Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit during check-in, which will be returned at the time of check-out.

General Terms and Conditions

• Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may involve additional charges.
• It is recommended to pack clothing based on the season and expected weather conditions.
• The company will not be responsible if boarding is denied by the airport or immigration authorities for reasons beyond its control.
• The package may be modified or cancelled in case of unforeseen situations or force majeure.
• Airport pickup service is valid for up to 90 minutes after flight arrival.
• Room preferences such as connecting rooms, views, or balconies are subject to availability.
• Most international hotels serve continental breakfast with veg and non-veg options between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.
• Transfers are arranged on an SIC basis and will follow the planned itinerary.
• The itinerary remains fixed but may be adjusted by local operators due to weather or unexpected situations, which may involve extra charges payable locally.
• No-show cases will be treated as non-refundable.
• The company does not have control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping, or other third parties.
• The voucher will be considered invalid without full payment; any partial payment made within 30 days of departure is non-refundable.
• In case a package becomes non-operational due to force majeure, a minimum charge of AED 100 will be deducted for cash refunds.
