• UAE citizens don’t need a pre-approved visa to visit Malaysia.
• Please carry your passport when traveling to Malaysia. It must have at least six months of validity.

• Standard check-in time is 15:00, and standard check-out time is 11:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• The passport must be valid for 6 months, and the UAE Residence Visa must be valid for at least 1 month to avail Visa on Arrival.
• Selected nationalities with UAE residency are eligible for VOA, but final approval is at the discretion of immigration.
• In case VOA is rejected or boarding is denied under any circumstances, the package will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused services will be non-refundable.
• The maximum group waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes after flight arrival. Travelers are encouraged to fill out the e-visa form in advance to save time.
• The company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or rearrange itinerary days due to unforeseen events, force majeure, or prevailing situations.
