• Early Check-in and Late Check-out is subject to availability and it is not guaranteed. Standard Check-in time is 15:00 & check-out: 12:00.
• Any change in Hotel Rooms, the service provider is not responsible. Guests needs to speak to hotel reception.
• No refund will be provided for the tours/sightseeing, if it is non-operational due to weather conditions / technical reasons.
• Transportation is provided on the basis of tours only. For Lunches & Dinners, transport will not be available. It will be charged separately if meals are not included.
• Guide Services (only if included) are available during the tour only.
• Day-to-day itinerary can be changed at our discretion. But all the points in the inclusion will be covered.
• Maximum 01 check-in bag and 01 haversack per person is allowed during the transfers.
• Porter Service is not available during luggage transfer. Only hotels offer porter service.
• Meals in Indian Restaurant will be given as per the standard SET Indian Menu only. If any changes in Menus are required, then extra charges would be applicable.
• Restaurants will be selected by our office. If any change of restaurant is requested, additional supplement will be charged.
• FOREX/SIM Cards services are available on chargeable.

• Vehicles are available only on your basis (Point to Point)
• Sedan Car/VITO is with an English-speaking driver. Drivers are not guides. They will not guide you professionally
• Drivers in Azerbaijan are not fluent in English.
• If any tour is missed due to weather conditions, or any entrances/sightseeing are missed during the tour, the same is non-refundable.
• Water Bottles are not included in the above cost
• There is no refund of the service if any tour is cancelled or not taken.
• Transportation costs are not on a disposal basis. Additional Charges are applicable. These rates are valid from 1st May to 31st August 2025
• Please note that a Blackout Period will be in effect during the New Year’s, F1, and Navroz events. New dates can be introduced later.

 Child Policy

• Kids 1 to 4 years old and 5 to 11 years old must pay separate charges for the tour.
• Infants below 1 year can join the tour with their respective guardians without any extra charges.
