- Valid Passport – Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your return date.
- Accommodation Proof – Hotel bookings, rental agreements, or proof of stay for every night of your trip in the Schengen area.
- Flight Bookings – Confirmed flight reservation including your return ticket.
- Travel Insurance – Coverage for the entire trip within Schengen territory.
- Bank Statements – Personal bank statements from the last 3 months to show you can support yourself during the trip.
- If employed: A letter from your company and a copy of the valid trade license.
- If dependent: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your spouse or parent.

- Any third person sharing the room will get an extra mattress or a roll-away bed.
- No refunds will be given for any unused services or missed sightseeing
- If the listed hotels are not available, we will arrange a similar category hotel as an alternative
- Fix Departure date. So, no amendments and changes are possible.
Privacy Policy
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
- Always check passport and visa requirements before travel.
- Missed or delayed flights may affect your itinerary. Any extra costs due to these changes will be the traveler’s responsibility.
- Hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but only based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
- A non-refundable booking fee of AED 1,500 applies once your reservation is confirmed.
- 60 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total holiday cost will be charged.
- 44 to 30 days of departure: 75% of the total holiday cost will be charged.
- Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.
Child Policy
Children aged 6 – 11.99 years:
- Charges apply per child sharing with an extra bed. Additional charges will apply as per the package rate.
Children aged 2 – 5.99 years:
- Can share the bed with parents free of charge or with minimal supplement (if applicable), without the provision of an extra bed.
Infant Policy
Infants aged 0 – 1.99 years:
- Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. No extra bed or separate meals are provided unless specified.
