Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.
All tours and transfers are conducted on a shared (SIC) basis unless stated otherwise.
The package is valid only for the inclusions mentioned and cannot be customized on-ground.
Any unused services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternative services.
Guests are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, including passport and visa.
The company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary without affecting the overall experience.

Important Information

Itinerary flow may vary depending on operational feasibility, weather conditions, or local regulations.
Entry tickets included in the package are subject to the rules and timings of respective attractions like Universal Studios Singapore and Gardens by the Bay.
Transfers and tours run on fixed timings, so being late may cause you to miss certain activities.
Guests are advised to arrive on time for all scheduled tours and transfers.
Peak season surcharges may apply during festivals or special events.
Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package.

Cancellation Policy

A booking fee of AED 1500 will be charged once the reservation is confirmed and this amount is non-refundable.
If cancellation is made 60 to 45 days before the departure date, 50% of the total holiday cost will be non-refundable.
If cancellation is made between 44 to 30 days before departure, 75% of the total package cost will be retained.
Cancellations made less than 29 days before departure will result in 100% of the total booking amount being forfeited.

Once the holiday package is confirmed, it cannot be transferred to another guest or shifted to another booking.
Any cancellation made after confirmation will not qualify for a refund.
Payments completed for the package are non-transferable under any circumstances.
In case a traveler is unable to travel due to passport or visa related issues, the booking amount will remain non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the holiday package in case of unforeseen situations or force majeure events.
