Visa Information – Indian Passport Holders

• Eligible for Visa on Arrival (VOA) for tourism, subject to prevailing Indonesian Immigration requirements.
• Standard VOA permits a stay of up to 30 days and may be extendable once, subject to immigration approval.
• Passport must have at least 6 months’ validity and a confirmed onward or return ticket is required.

Visa Assistance (Optional)

• Indonesia – AED 350 per Person (Non Refundable), including visa fees and service charges. Charges may vary based on nationalities.

Visa Requirements

• Passport valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of travel.
• Recent passport-size photograph (if required).
• Passport copy.
• UAE residence visa copy (for expatriates, if applicable).
• Confirmed or dummy flight booking.

Terms & Conditions

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.

Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the relevant authorities. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.

Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling: Any expenses arising from cancellation or rescheduling of domestic or international flights during the travel period will be borne by the traveler.

Unused Services: Any services not utilized on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.

Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during the tour.

Liability Disclaimer: Efficient Tourism is not responsible for loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdowns, irregularities, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Any resulting loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.

Travel Regulations & Government Rules: Changes in travel regulations, visa rules, immigration decisions, or government policies that affect the itinerary are outside Efficient Tourism’s control.

Third-party Services: Airlines, coaches, hotels and other third-party providers operate independently, and their services are outside Efficient Tourism’s direct control.

Minimum Operating Strength: If the group does not meet the required operating strength, Efficient Tourism may cancel the departure and offer an alternative date, or re-quote the tour as a smaller/customized group with any applicable supplement.

Travel Tips
