Holiday Package Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all holiday packages offered by Efficient Tourism. By booking a holiday package with us, you (“Client” or “Guest”) agree to be bound by these terms. We strongly recommend that you carefully read and understand the following points before confirming your booking.

  1. HOLIDAY PACKAGE OVERVIEW

Each of our holiday packages includes a combination of two or more travel-related services, which may consist of:

  • Roundtrip airport transfers
  • Hotel or resort accommodation (as per guest’s choice)
  • Sightseeing tours
  • Dinner cruises, desert safaris, shopping tours, and other recreational activities
  1. BOOKING TERMS

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted Efficient Tourism’s Terms and Conditions in full.
Your agreement with us becomes effective once your booking is confirmed and payment has been received in full.

Efficient Tourism reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. We advise you to visit our website periodically to review the most current version of our Terms and Conditions.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All our holiday packages are priced at upfront rates, which typically include:

  • Accommodation, transfers, and activities mentioned in your selected package
  • Applicable taxes and mandatory government service charges

Some components of your package may be provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, activity operators).

Package rates and prices mentioned on our website, brochures, or advertisements are subject to change without prior notice. While confirmed bookings are usually protected from rate changes, Efficient Tourism reserves the right to revise rates in case of unavoidable circumstances such as currency fluctuations or changes in government policies and taxes.

  1. TRAVEL FORMALITIES

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that all travel requirements for the destination are met.
Please verify visa rules, passport validity, and any health or vaccination requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate before travel.
Efficient Tourism can provide general guidance only and is not liable for any losses resulting from incomplete travel documentation or failure to meet entry requirements.

  1. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS BY GUESTS

All requests for booking amendments or cancellations must be made in writing via email during our business hours.
Requests received after business hours will be processed the following working day.

Once your request is received, a confirmation email will be sent. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us immediately to avoid potential non-arrival charges or loss of refund eligibility.

  1. AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS BY EFFICIENT TOURISM

Although we strive to operate all tours and holiday packages as confirmed, unforeseen circumstances may require modifications or cancellations.
In such cases, Efficient Tourism will inform you in writing and, where applicable, offer alternative arrangements or a refund.

If a full cancellation occurs from our end, we will process a refund within 7 working days for the portion of the package canceled and paid in full.

However, Efficient Tourism cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or actions by third-party service providers.

  1. LIABILITY & EXCLUSIONS

While Efficient Tourism strives to ensure accuracy in all information provided, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or reliability of materials published on our website or promotional content.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims—direct, indirect, or consequential—arising from the use or inability to use our website or any service booked through us.

This includes (but is not limited to) loss of personal belongings, delays, injuries, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
We make every effort to maintain high standards of safety and service quality and ensure a secure and smooth booking experience.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the booking is made.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject exclusively to the courts of that jurisdiction.

  1. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints related to bookings made directly with Efficient Tourism must be reported to us at the time of service to allow us to address them promptly.

For third-party services, guests should contact the respective service provider directly, with a copy of the complaint sent to our company’s official email.
Complaints not reported during the service period may not be considered for review or compensation.
