Package Cost Details

• AED 4,299.00 per person on a twin/ triple sharing basis
• AED 4,799.00 per person on a single occupancy basis
• AED 4,150.00 per child sharing with extra bed (6 – 11.99 years)
• AED 3,950.00 per child sharing with the parents (2 – 5.99 years)
• AED 1,000.00 per infant (0 – 1.99 years)

Hotel Check-in – Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 14.00 and Standard check-out time is 11.00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• If there is any misuse of the room. The hotel has the right to charge the same to the client.
• All personal bills should be settling sufficient time before departure so that your transfer is not delayed
• Passport must be valid for 6 months, and a UAE Residence visa valid for 1 month to avail Visa On Arrival.

Transport & Use of Coach

• This service offers you to have your own privacy and convenience to travel at a pre-decided time.
• We offer an air-conditioned Coach.
• It cannot be assumed that the vehicle is at disposal throughout the day.

What kind of bags should you take?

• Bags with wheels and sturdy handles are recommended, as they are more convenient and easier to
  pull on a long tour
• Label your bags properly with your name, address, and telephone numbers on the inside and the
  outside. You can also slip your visiting card into all the bags.
• Be alert and take care of your luggage and personal belongings at all times.

Meals

• Meals served will be a Set meal OR a Buffet meal as organized for Breakfast.
• Please note that no drinks (Alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are included in the tour.
• Porterage is not included; it is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that their personal
  luggage is taken care of.

Mandatory Before You Fly

• Currency in Thailand is THB, 1 THB = AED 0.11. Can use Visa/Master cards.
• Please carry a copy of the vaccination certificate
• Carry any medications or vitamins you need with a prescription.

We suggest the following clothing and footwear

• Comfortable clothes like jeans/trousers, shirts/t-shirts, shorts, pants, punjabi suits/sarees, and
  necessary undergarments.
• Warm clothing like sweaters and jackets is also required.
• Comfortable footwear, preferably walking shoes. Avoid wearing brand-new shoes, as they may give you
  a shoe bite.

Other essentials

• Required medicines, with a doctor’s prescription.
• Camera/Video camera (handy cam) with extra film roll & batteries.
• Sunglasses, an alarm clock, a folding umbrella, a cap, and additional spectacles.
• Mobile phone charger if you are carrying your cell phone with global roaming. You should carry
  a multi-purpose adapter with a 2-pin plug.

Do not carry (check with your respective airline)

• Expensive jewellery and Expensive Electronics etc.,
• Knives and other banned items
• Perishable food items and vegetables
• Fire crackers or any flammables
• Banned chemicals and drugs

Before leaving for the airport, please check that you are carrying the following

• Your passport with min 6 Month validity.
• Airline tickets.
• Overseas Travel Insurance Policy.
• Tour Information sheet.
• Tour Confirmation Voucher.
• Foreign exchange for personal use.

Important Notes

• The above is a tentative itinerary final itinerary will be given after confirmation of booking
• In case of any Special events / Trade Fairs / Local events taking place at the destination during your
  Period of stay, Surcharges will apply.
• Rates are calculated in AED/USD and subject to change based on fluctuations in ROE and local
  Taxes, if any.
• No Refund shall be processed in case of any unused or unutilised Services.
• Pick-up time or Amendment of transfers or tour date is not possible as its fixed group Departure.
• Some hotels may require passengers to pay a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in, and the
  same will be settled at the time of check-out after settling direct expenses, if any.

• The hotel receptionist is not responsible for information about your program. Kindly contact your

• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury,
  accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement,
• weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense
  must be borne by the passengers.
