Itinerary Details

▼ Day 1: Arrival in New York – Hotel Check-in – Day at Leisure

Welcome to New York City, famously known as the “Big Apple” and the “City That Never Sleeps.” Upon arrival, meet and greet your local representative and proceed to your hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and exploring at your own pace.

Note: Standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Enjoy an overnight stay in New York.

▼ Day 2: New York City Tour – Statue of Liberty – One World Observatory

After a delicious breakfast, head out for a guided city tour of New York, beginning with a ferry ride to Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty and take in the stunning Manhattan skyline. Later, ascend to the One World Observatory for breathtaking panoramic views. The day continues with visits to major landmarks such as Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Central Park, Times Square, the United Nations headquarters, and Trump Tower. Return to your hotel in the evening for an overnight stay.

▼ Day 3: Transfer to Washington D.C. via Philadelphia – Hotel Check-in

Check out from your hotel and begin your road journey to Washington D.C., with a stop en route in Philadelphia for an orientation tour of the historic city. After the tour, continue toward the U.S. capital and check in to your hotel. Unwind and enjoy a restful overnight stay in Washington D.C.

▼ Day 4: Washington D.C. City Tour – Museums – Capital Wheel

Start your day with breakfast, followed by a full-day sightseeing tour of Washington D.C. Visit iconic attractions including The White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Pentagon, and Washington Monument. You’ll also explore the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum and Museum of Natural History. Later, enjoy a scenic ride on the Capital Wheel for sweeping views of the city. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

▼ Day 5: Hershey’s Chocolate World – Transfer to Niagara Falls (USA Side)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Hershey’s Chocolate World in Harrisburg for a sweet treat and interactive experience. From there, continue your road journey to Niagara Falls (approx. 5 hours). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take time to explore the surroundings, visit souvenir shops, or witness the magical Niagara Falls Illumination in the evening (on your own). Overnight stay in Niagara Falls.

▼ Day 6: Maid of the Mist – Cave of the Winds Experience

Fuel up with breakfast and prepare for an adventurous day at Niagara Falls. Begin with the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride that brings you face to face with the thundering falls. Continue with the Cave of the Winds tour, where you can walk just feet away from the roaring water for a truly thrilling experience. Spend another relaxing night in Niagara Falls.

▼ Day 7: Departure from Buffalo

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and depending on your flight time, enjoy some leisure time or do some last-minute shopping. Later, transfer to Buffalo Airport for your onward journey as you bid farewell to a memorable trip across the U.S. East Coast.

Original passport valid for at least 6 months after your return date, with a valid residence visa.
Two recent passport-size photos (2 x 2 inches) on a white background, taken within the last 3 months.
Copies of your passport, residence visa, and Emirates ID.
NOC (No Objection Certificate) letter from your company showing your salary (must be less than 1 month old at submission) along with your labour contract.
Original bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped by the bank (must be less than 1 week old at submission).
Marriage certificate copy (translated into English) if applying with a spouse.
Birth certificate copy for children (translated into English).
NOC letter for any dependents.
Invitation letter from the USA with the inviter’s passport/visa copy and proof of accommodation (if visiting friends/family).
Invitation letter from the US company (for business visa).
Company trade license copy (if self-employed or applying for a business visa).
Form confirmation page.
Appointment confirmation letter.

White background, wearing dark clothes.
Must not have been used for any previous visa.
No glasses in the photo.

Payment Terms

Important Information

Rates depend on availability at the time of booking.

Extra charges may apply during peak seasons or special dates.
The itinerary may change or be swapped without prior notice.
A third person in the room will get an extra mattress or rollaway bed.
No refunds will be given for unused services or tours.
If the listed hotels are not available, similar hotels will be booked instead.
You are responsible for checking and securing all travel documents and visas needed for your trip.
This is a fixed departure date, and no changes or amendments are allowed.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
It is your duty to make sure your passport meets travel requirements.
If you miss or delay a flight, any changes or extra costs to the itinerary will be your responsibility.
For airport transfers between 11 PM and 6 AM, there is an extra charge of AED 195 per person per transfer.
Extra charges apply if there is a trade fair or special event in the city during your stay.
Full payment for the tour must be made at least 30 days before departure.
NOTE: Hotel check-in is usually at 2:00/3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00/12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Once your booking is confirmed, AED 3,500 of the fees cannot be refunded.
If you cancel 60 to 45 days before departure, 50% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable.
If you cancel 44 to 30 days before departure, 75% of the total holiday cost is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 29 days before departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Child Policy

Children between 6 to 11.99 years old

There is a charge for each child if they stay in the room with an extra bed.
Extra costs will be added based on the package price.

Children between 2 to 5.99 years:

Can share the bed with their parents for a small fee (as required).
No extra bed will be given.

Infants aged 0 to 1.99 years:

A minimal rate applies for infants (as required)
No extra bed or separate meals will be provided unless mentioned.
