Payment Policy

• 50% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance payment must be completed 30 days prior to departure.
• Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation, and the amount paid will be non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

• Check-in/Check-out Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
• Visa Approval: Visa issuance is subject to approval by the Ministry and is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Any financial implications arising from visa rejection will be borne by the client.
• Flight Cancellations or Rescheduling: In case of cancellations or rescheduling of domestic or international flights during the travel period, travellers must cover any expenses incurred.
• Unused Services: Any services not utilized on time will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
• Seat Allotment: Seat allotment is not included in this package and is subject to airline policies.
• Personal Belongings: Travellers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Efficient Tourism is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.
• Liability Disclaimer: Efficient Tourism shall not accept liability or responsibility for damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident or death; or breakdowns or irregularities in the tour arrangement.
• Weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or other uncontrollable circumstances may affect the tour. Any resulting loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
• Covid-19 Policy: Efficient Tourism is not responsible for guests testing positive for Covid-19 during the trip. Expenses for extensions, hospitalization, flight rescheduling, deportation, emergency evacuation or other Covid-related issues will be borne by the customer.
• Travel Regulations & Government Rules: Efficient Tourism shall not be responsible for changes in travel regulations, visa rules, immigration decisions or government policies after booking confirmation.
• Third-party Services: Efficient Tourism has no control over services provided by airlines, railways, coaches, shipping companies or other third-party providers.
• Minimum Operating Strength (MOS): If bookings fall below 80% of the booked passengers, Efficient Tourism may cancel the departure and offer an alternative date, or re-quote the tour as a smaller group/FIT with an additional supplement.

• Ensure your passport remains valid for more than 6 months from the date of travel.
• Confirm the validity of your residence visa for your return to your home country.
• Stay informed about current travel restrictions, visa requirements and entry rules of the host country.
• Verify current requirements with your travel consultant or the official website of the host country before confirming travel.
• Travel regulations remain subject to the discretion of the visited country.
• Carry your original Emirates ID/residence card during travel.

• Currency availability and exchange rates are subject to the exchange provider at the time of purchase.
